Here is a summary of what was discussed and shared on the webinar today:
1- Website under Maintenance:
Programmers are still working to fix errors on internal withdrawals. They can not do it on Live website because members start using those unfinished features and as a result create more problems and delays. So we have decided to keep it under maintenance until the errors are completely fixed. We will be able to give you an estimated completion time tomorrow morning 30/05/2017.
2- Poland Event:
We had an amazing house full event in Warsaw, Poland. The excitement and energy was unbelievable and after party was so much fun. We want to congratulate all the newly promoted Silver, Gold, Diamond, Blue Diamond and Black Diamond members who received their rewards and recognition on the event. Our next Poland event will be on 15th Oct, 2017. City & Veneue to be announced soon.
3- Promote One Vision:
We can make TheAdsTEAM Project great if we all start working on one vision of TAT, TAT Academy, TAT Shopping & TAT Pro (Launching soon). You and your team will get more benefit if you are promoting all our platforms and also it will benefit the company. Ask yourself a question, Are you really promoting ONE VISION?
4- TheAdsTEAM Crypto Platform:
We feel really proud and excited to announce that we are Launching our own Cryptocurrency Wallet, Vault, Buy/Sell, Debit Card and Merchant services in more than 190 countries. Our platform will be as big as Xapo, Coinpayments or Coinbase. Launch date to be announced soon.
5- Leadership Pool Payout Criteria:
We have changed the criteria of Leadership Pool Payout to make it in line with our One VISION.
In order for you to qualify for Monthly Pool payout you need to meet following criteria;
a) Be a Gold Member
b) Minimum $500 worth of sale every month in TAT Academy
6- Internal Withdrawals:
This feature will be activated within next 24-48 hours. There will be no fees on internal withdrawals for first 2 weeks but after 2 weeks it will be standard 2%.
7- Feedback & Suggestions:
We received a lot of feedbacks and suggestion from our Members, Leaders and Industry Experts on how we can make our platform stable in such a challenging and uncertain times. We analysed all the suggestions & feedbacks with our Leadership teams & Experts and are going to implement following features which we think will make our programme better and long term.
a) Daily revenue share will be linked to daily sales. It will not be fixed but will be Variable with a cap of Max 2%. More sales more revenue share, Less sales less revenue share.
In order to make this feature work we will be moving all your existing earnings balances to Commission Balances (just once). You can use these commission balance to buy new adpacks only.
b) 50% of Daily Sales will be shared with Exisiting Adpacks & 50% of the Daily Sales will be shared with New AdPacks (New Adpacks are the ones Purchased after 29th May 2017)
8- There are no Limits on Leaders Commission. You can withdraw as much as you want and it is independent of your adpacks earnings or withdrawal limits.
We are really proud and thankful of the way our members support & promote the platform. We really need to push together as a TEAM in such challenging times and come out as a winner. Let's make TAT a $Billion Company and go towrads our target of 1 Million members.

7. Самое важное.
а). % начислений на пакеты будет базироваться исключительно на доходе компании с макс. 2% в день. Например, в пятницу начисляют то, что заработали в четверг и т.п.
Всё, что сейчас накоплено на ернинг балансе, будет переведено на Commission Balance, используется только для покупки пакетов.
б). 50% дохода будет начисляться на существующие активные пакеты, и 50% - на новые, купленные после 29 мая.
(Фактически, это означает, что начисления будут намного меньше, чем раньше, т.к. новых пакетов пока будет намного меньше, чем старых).
8. Leaders Commission можно выводить без лимитов, сколько угодно (это рефские со свежих вкладов рефов).
